Do I need a technical background?
No. Bring the problem, your business, and your ambition. I’ll turn them into decisions you can understand, and explain every trade-off in plain language.
I already have a product. Can you take it over?
Yes. I start with a short review of the product, the code, and how it’s run, then tell you plainly what’s solid, what’s risky, and what to fix first. From there I can lead your existing team, work alongside your agency, or take over the build.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. After our first call, I’ll send you a clear range for the plan, the build, or ongoing support.
How fast can we launch?
It depends on how much needs to be built or fixed, and which other tools it connects to. We agree on a focused scope and a realistic timeline before any work starts.
Can you stay involved after launch?
Yes. I can stay on as your part-time CTO, keep improving the product, or hand it over to your own team.
Can we meet in person?
